About wholesale
Minimum Order
Account opening fee is $250/reorder fee is $150.
Please contact us separately if you wish to create your own original items.
How to ship the product
We normally use USPS, but if you would like to use another carrier, please contact us.
Cancellation Policy
Basically, we start production after receiving your order. We cannot accept cancellations after production has started or during production.
Product mistake
In the unlikely event that we ship a product different from the one you ordered, we will ship the correct product at our expense or provide a refund.
Exchange or return
We will only exchange or refund if the item is defective or damaged.
